Dinning activities shall take place in the Grand Marquee; same place exhibitions shall be staged. There are some branding options to consider.

Exclusively Brand The Registration Desk & Area Wall
The Registration desk (where all Participants will go to register) will be located just by the entrance into the Plenary Hall.

Registration run through all of the three days of the Conference.

Brand the Printing of Front & Back Cover 800 Notepads
The front page of the notepads shall carry the name and logo of the sponsoring company alongside the templates of the Conference, while the back shall carry product advert of the sponsoring Company.
