How to book a booth

Select your desired boot size and location from the options below. The boost prices are listed in this page and on the floor plan. We’ve made the pricing as clear as possible but if you have any questions or need clarification please feel free to contact us on harry@nimsa.africa or call +234-809-705 3885 and +234-904-382-3108.

NOTE: If you do not see the exact booth size you are looking for, select the nearest size and indicate in the comment box the exact booth size you would like. Too desire both spaces are considered when assigning your both and are not guaranteed. Space selection is conducted in priority order and you will be able to select from what is available at the time that Securage Communications Services (the organizer of NIMSA 2025) calls you for your space selection.

1. Standard Inline Booth (10'x10'/3mx3m = 9m²) - ₦2,500,00 ($1,551.84)

Description:

A single sided expose your Booth bothered by neighbouring exhibitors on both sides and back.

2. Corner Booth (10'x10'/3mx3m = 9m²) - Varies (Call for Pricing).

Description:

Located at the end of an aisle offering exposure on two sides enhancing visibility and foot traffic.

  • Overhead lighting

3. Inline Booth (10'x20'/2mx3m = 6m²) - ₦1,800,000 ($1,117.33)

Description:

Double the length of a standard book providing additional space for product display or customer interaction.

Additional considerations:

  • Flooring: Basic carpeting starts at $12 per square foot with premium options like premium flooring costing over $10 per square foot.

  • Custom boots design and build: Cost very depending on design complexity. For booth under 20′ x 20′ expect around $300 per square foot; for larger booths, range from $200 – $300 per square foot.
