Oct1. What are the official dates of NIMSA?

The main event of the premier Natural & Integrative Medicine Show Africa (NIMSA 2025) will take place in Lagos Nigeria, beginning October 27 and ending October 29, 2025.

2. Where will NIMSA 2025 take place?

The main event of NIMSA 2025 will be held at the 10 Degrees Event Centre, Lagos, Nigeria.

Registration

1. Do I need to register before I can participate at the NIMSA 2025 Conference, Workshop, Seminar or Masterclass?

Yes, registration must be completed online before attending NIMSA 2025 Conference, Workshop, Seminar or Masterclass. You can complete the registration process clicking any of the “Register Now” buttons and download the registration forms, complete them along with a proof of payment from the transmitting bank (your bank) or call any of the 2 numbers in the “Contact” page.)

2. When can I register for NIMSA 2025?)

Registration for the NIMSA 2025 Conference, Workshop, Seminar, or Masterclass will be open from May 1 to October 15, 2025.

3. How much is the Registration Fee?

Regular registration fee: USD 540 per person

Early-bird registration fee: USD 500 per person (before September 20)

4. What benefits are included in the registration fee?

The benefits of registration include:

1) Participation in the NIMSA Plenary;

2) Participation in the NIMSA Night Reception Dinner;

3) Participation in all the NIMSA Forums;

4) Participation in the NIMSA Talk (Keynote Speeches);

5) Participation in the NIMSA Connect (B2B);

6)  Working lunches (3 days, boxed meals);

7) Tea break services (3 days);

8) NIMSA exclusive accessories (1 set);

9) NIMSA 2025 Materials (1 set).

*Note: Accommodation and transportation expenses are excluded in the registration fee. 

5. Can I cancel my registration? What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Yes, if you need to cancel your registration, please write an email to refund@nimsa.africa to submit the cancellation application with “Request for Cancellation” as topic, and provide relevant supporting materials as requested. When your application has been approved, the Organising Committee will refund the registration fee after October 29, 2025. If there are no special reasons, the Organising Committee will not accept applications for cancellation after September 28, 2025 (inclusive), and the paid fees will not be refunded.

6. If I’ve registered but can’t go on time, could my colleague participate in it instead of me?

Yes. If you need to change delegates, please modify the participant’s information via email or call before September 29, 2025. Then the organising committee could prepare the relevant materials accordingly.

7. I am an invited guest (speaker, etc.); do I need to register?

Yes. All speakers and invited guests are required to register online. You may contact the person who invited you to get further information.

8. When should I remit after filling out the registration form?

On completing your forms, you can send your payment through bank transfer and send proof of payment alongside your filled registration form.

9. Can I have the confirmation letter after online registration?

Yes. The Organising Committee will send you a confirmation letter via email after receiving the payment.

10. How can I get the invoice?

The Organising Committee will issue an e-invoice by default when receiving your payment. It will be sent to your email address ASAP.
