Guidelines for the Participants of the NIMSA 2025

Hello! Welcome to attend the NIMSA 2025. We hereby inform you of the following information for your convenience.

I. Time and Locations

Time:  5, 6 & 7 November, 2025 (Main Event)

Main Event Venue: 10 NECA HOUSE, Hakeem Balogun St, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.

II. Registration

Registration must be completed online before the opening week of NIMSA 2025. You can complete the registration process by clicking the “Register Now” button. 

• Visa Applications

Please check the entry requirements for Nigeria to review visa rules for your own situation. The Organising Committee of NIMSA will issue visa invitation letters to participants from countries requiring a visa to enter China, but only upon full payment of the conference registration fee. For any special cases, kindly contact the Organising Committee of NIMSA 2025 by e-mail at admin@nimsa.africa. Please note that the costs of visa applications may apply.

III. Sign In

Please sign in at the Registration Desk at the entrance of the event centre and get your participant badge and relevant materials on 5, 6 & 7, November, 2025.

IV. Participant Badge

The participant badge issued by the Organising Committee is the only proof for you to enter the venue. Please keep it properly and wear it at all times.

V. Traffic Information

Located in the Lagos mainland, NECA HOUSE, Hakeem Balogun St, Alausa, Ikeja, is 5 kilometers from the Murtala Mohammed Airport, only 10 minutes away by car to reach the venue on Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.

VI. Tips

1. In order to ensure a safe conference, please observe the order in the venue and follow the staff’s guidance to enter or exit orderly to avoid crowding.

2. During the conference, please go to the designated place for dining with your meal voucher (participant badge). Please keep your meal voucher (participant badge) safe, and there is no replacement if lost.

3. In the venue, please take care of the facilities there and turn off your mobile phone or mute it. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the venue and dining area. Inflammable, explosive, or other dangerous goods are strictly prohibited. Improper clothing, spitting, and pets are also please not allowed.

4. In case of emergency during the conference, please take orderly actions according to the staff’s instructions to ensure personal and financial safety.

Registration Approaches for the NIMSA 2025

The way to register for the NIMSA 2025 is semi-online registration, which will be from May 1 to October 25, 2025. There will be no on-site registration or payment channels. The registration details are as follows.

1. Registration Period: May 1 to October 25, 2025.

2. Registration Process

(1) Click the “Register Now” button.

(2) Download the registration form and fill in the registration information. To register for more than one participant, please download another copy of the registration form on the registration page.

(3) If you successfully pay the registration fee, please send a “Registration Completed” email to accounts@nimsa.africa and attach your payment details; when the registration information has been confirmed, the accounts department will send a “Payment Successful” reply with all the details you will be needing for a successful attendance such as your invitation for Visa applications (where needed), and all your necessary setup details.

3. Payment and Invoice

The only available mode of payment is by Bank Transfer. The Organizing Committee will issue e-invoices by default. You can view and download in your provided email account. 

The Organizing Committee will issue an invoice for “Exhibition Service and/or Annual Conference Registration Fee” according to the information provided by the payer.

Note: All invoices can only be issued once. If there is any mistake or loss, the invoice cannot be issued again. Please make sure to provide the correct invoice information at registration and keep the invoice properly afterward.

Note: Accommodation and transportation expenses are excluded in the registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration due to the following reasons, please send an explanatory email to refunds@nimsa.africa, with “REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION” as the title, requesting cancellation and a refund, and provide relevant supporting materials as requested. When your application has been approved, the Organising Committee will refund the registration fee after November 12, 2025, giving us a clear 15 days after the show for proper handling.

I. Personal Reasons

1. If you cannot attend the conference due to international travel difficulties, visa problems, health problems, financial problems or other personal reasons, you can choose to change the participant or cancel the registration and apply for a refund. Upon the approval of the Organising Committee, the paid registration fee will be refunded after deducting a corresponding management fee. 

2. Upon the approval of the Organising Committee, the application for a refund due to repeated payment by participants will be refunded after deducting the management fee.

II. Reasons of the Organizer

If the NIMSA 2025 is canceled by the Organizer, the Organizer will reschedule the time and location. If the rescheduled NIMSA 2025 could not satisfy the participants, they can apply for a refund. The Organizing Committee will refund the registration fee in all after reviewing the application.

III. Force Majeure

If the NIMSA 2025 is canceled due to force majeure, the Organizing Committee will reschedule the time and location. Moreover, If the Organizer reschedules the time or location and participants don’t satisfy, they can apply for a refund. The Organizing Committee will full-refund the registration fee after reviewing the application. Force majeure mainly includes the following circumstances:

1. Natural disasters, such as typhoons, hail, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, volcanic eruptions, and landslides;

2. Government actions, such as expropriation and requisition;

3. Social anomalies, such as wars, armed conflicts, strikes, chaos, and riots.
