EXHIBITING at the Conference

  1. Exhibitions will be for 3 full days; Wednesday 5th, Thursday 6th and Friday 7th Nov., 2025.
  2. Exhibitions are to be held indoors in the Marquee.
  3. The Local Organising Committee shall issue floor spaces in different sizes for the exhibition and will be responsible for providing exhibition spaces and booths for exhibitors at the Conference.
  4. Companies who have their own booths (customised or otherwise, are at liberty to bring them over, once they have paid the LOC for their floor space(s). Such booths must be same size as the floor space paid for.
  5. Intending exhibitors are therefore to pick the floor space (size and location) that is adequate for them, and pay for the space chosen to the LOC bank account as provided below;
